Pesky Plesk

Well, my company started offering Plesk hosting to resellers a couple weeks ago. I'm working with 2 other colleagues to manage this product. Overall, its been pretty smooth, and a good learning experience. Its the first time any of us are managing a newly launched product.

Plesk is basically for those interesting in hosting websites. It gives you a central control panel to do every damned thing possible with your site/s. Its pretty nifty actually.

Anyway, there are certain bugs in the system that can be rectified by upgrading the the new version 7.5 . However, reading some of the experiences on the customers on the Plesk forum was a nightmare. Its recommended to have a test server to install the old version, then plan an upgrading process, and test it for a couple of weeks. I'll let u know if it works or not!
