America copies Malaysia in implementing their own ISA!

Who'd have thought it eh? Malaysia, a country that they, America, probably look at as backwards and populated by tree dwelling creatures, is copying us!

Oh, what an honour!

Basically, they've looked at us, specificly, the Internal Security Act, and seeing as how it fits perfectly with their new objective of undermining democracy and implementing the new tyranny that is the Bush Assimiliation of All That Is Good and Democratic, they've just made up their own version. Plus they get to do things that border on torture like sleep deprivation and induced hypothermia.

Hmmm, wait a minute. Border on torture? Wtf does that mean? Lets just examine first, the definition of torture:

  • Torture is the infliction of severe physical or psychological pain as an expression of cruelty, a means of intimidation, deterrent or punishment, or as a tool for the extraction of information or confessions.
  • the deliberate, systematic, or wanton infliction of physical or mental suffering by one or more persons in an attempt to force another person to yield information or to make a confession or for any other reason; "it required unnatural torturing to extract a confession"
  • severe mental anguish or physical pain
I dont know about you, but sleep deprivation and induced hypothermia seem to be pretty much across and into the realm of torture.

Their version is called "Military Commissions Act of 2006". Doesn't sound anything as scary as our version, but you know, but naming it so inconspicuosly, the already retarded American society won't even bother about it. Genius!
