Damn this "error 10038"!

You know whats worse than coming to work and actually doing it?

Its coming to work, and then doing work, and then fucked up things happen simultaneously while the sales department is bitching on the phone and on our corporate instant messenger....and then we have our ever 'loveable and cheerful' customers who insist on calling both sales and my technical department to rant and bitch. I know, what fun eh...

*sigh* damn this error 10038

After all the normal troubleshooting steps failed, why didnt i just check the damn smtp LOGS! urgh! The problem could have been solved in about 3 minutes with a simple server restart. On the bright side, the down time wasnt that long, about an hour plus. Trust me, compared to some of the other major downtime's we've had before in our glorious past, 1 hour is nice and sweet...
