The above URL will take you to a very interesting research paper, conducted
by the University of Dartmouth (whose mouth??). The research is funded by
the United States Department Of Homeland Security, so expect the information
to be trustworthy (but possibly biased? ) . Anyways, anyone who has an eye
to the future of warfare should read it. I'm in the middle of reading it
myself, and its quite interesting, as I've mentioned. Hah.
